Kinect Sports Ultimate Collection confirmé en Europe

Kinect Sports Ultimate Collection aura donc bel et bien droit à une sortie en Europe le 19 septembre prochain, comme l'annonce Microsoft Game Studios en dévoilant même la jaquette du jeu. Pour ceux qui n'auraient jamais entendu parler de cette compilation ô combien précieuse pour les sportifs de haut niveau, on rappelle qu'elle contiendra sur le même disque Kinect Sports et Kinect Sports Saison 2, ainsi que l'ensemble des DLC sortis jusqu'à présent pour les deux titres.

Battlefield 4 bientôt une annonce

Le développement de Battlefield 4 serait-il déjà en route chez DICE, alors que Battlefield 3 n'est sorti que l'année dernière, et qu'il a fallu patienter six ans entre Battlefield 2 et son successeur ? La question mérite d'être posée en tout cas, depuis que l'offre de précommande de Medal of Honor Warfighter sur Origin (la plate-forme de téléchargement d'Electronic Arts) a été aperçue avec la mention : "Précommandez le jeu dès maintenant pour un accès exclusif à la bêta de Battlefield 4". Le plus étrange, c'est que Battlefield 4 n'a jamais été annoncé de manière officielle par l'éditeur américain ; ce qui ne devrait plus trop tarder visiblement si l'on se fie à un post sur le compte Twitter de la série, qui conseille de garder un oeil sur le site officiel pour ne pas rater le "scoop". Presque une annonce, non ?

Animal Crossing: New Leaf is still leading the pack in weekly software sales in Japan, but Dragon Quest VII is arriving later this week to give it a little competition. We’ll get to see how much the game sold at launch in next week’s sales chart.

Meanwhile, Level 5’s Fantasy Life role-playing game is doing rather well for itself and continues to sell, now that the issue of shortages appears to have been addressed to some extent. Fantasy Life is now at over 200,000 copies sold. Later this year, Level 5 will release a large content update for the game as DLC.

Last week also saw the release of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale in Japan. The game sold just 11,758 copies on the PlayStation 3, which isn't surprising in the least, given the lack of characters that would appeal to a Japanese audience.

Joining it was Accel World 02: Apex of Acceleration by Namco Bandai, which sold 10,551 copies on PS3 and another 8,633 copies on the PSP.

Celebrate your Madden NFL 25 Super Bowl with an in-game GMC truck

GMC is the official vehicle of Madden NFL 25. What this means is that in-game advertising returns to the popular football series as the all-new 2014 GMC Sierra full-size pickup will be included in this year's installment.

"The vehicles will appear at various points during gameplay, including after a Super Bowl victory. Just as in real life, the game's MVP will be awarded a vehicle," GMC wrote. Three other models -- Yukon, Acadia and Terrain -- will also be included in the game.

GMC will also be sponsoring Madden NFL 25's "Never Say Never Moment of the Week," which sounds a bit like the old Madden Moments Live. During the NFL season, GMC will select the "moment that best demonstrates a combination of impressive athletic performance, intelligence, and preparation." You'll then be able to play out those moments in-game and hope to achieve the same outcome.

Black Deserts Interview with developer Pearl Abyss

MMO Culture recently got the chance to interview one of the developers with Pearl Abyss about their upcoming free to play MMORPG Black Deserts. I had reached out to the team a few months back and never got a reply, which is apparently exactly what happened with MMO Culture. Monster Hunter's Shark-Dragon Roars Into Action

'

Monster Hunter Frontier G2 will add a new G-class monster with a saw-like horn nose. Anolupatys is a fast moving dragon that lives in icy and snowy areas. Players that defeat Anolupatys can earn materials that can be used to to create new armor and weapons.

Swordsman (left) and Gunner (right) type armor. This armor increases earthquake resistance by 1, adds high quality earplugs, and shields players from dragon wind blasts.

A new great sword, lance, heavy bowgun, and a sword & shield will be added to Monster Hunter Frontier G2 as well.
